This past Halloween season, Ghoulmaster’s Haunted Playhouse took Los Angeles by storm as it played to sold out audiences. If you missed your chance to see this one of a kind show in the intimate 99 seat Hudson Theater fear not, the dancing ghouls will be released in the form of a DVD on December 19th
Ghoulmaster, played by famed Michael Jackson impersonator Pete Carter, uses his cast of the undead to bring a full stage show to life, complete with visual effects and some of the best choreography you can get. The award winning show follows Ghoulmaster as he sets in motion the potion which brings forth the Halloween spirit. The show is funny, innovative, cutting edge, and creepy. It also has some deep rooted themes about believing in yourself and not letting the outside world bring you down for being different, one thing we at WAIH finds incredibly important.
Ghoulmaster will be hosting a DVD release event in a top secret location somewhere in New Jersey. There will be a costume contest, a screening of the making of featurette, as well as meet and greets with the ghoul himself. That will also be your chance to be the first to take home the new DVD of the Los Angeles show.
Ghoulmaster has just released a three minute teaser for the upcoming release, including a snippet from our review of his show. Trust us when we say that you will surely be missing out on something incredibly grand if you don’t get this DVD. We just hope that next year brings Ghoulmaster yet again for a new show.
